Meet Our Provider

Nazaneen Hariri, PA-C


Nazaneen is a Physician Assistant with a background in community health and preventive medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York. She is happy to be back in Austin, Texas and proud to care for the community she calls home.


During her graduate training, she gained comprehensive clinical experience across a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, gastroenterology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, women’s health, psychiatry, and dermatology. While in NY, she was also involved with the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, where she had the opportunity to advocate for patient access and the PA profession. This experience strengthened her passion for healthcare equity, patient advocacy, and ensuring patients feel heard, informed, and supported in their care.


Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, exploring new local restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends. Being back in Austin has been a joy, and she is rediscovering the city all over again.
