Meet Our Provider
Mireya Adame, FNP-C
Mireya Adame is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing, Mireya brings more than a decade of diverse clinical experience in primary care, oncology, cardiology, wound care, hospice, and research-based therapies.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. Her career foundation includes years as a Registered Nurse in oncology and cardiac stepdown units at Mercy Fort Smith, where she developed strong clinical judgment and a deep commitment to compassionate care.
Currently, Mireya provides individualized primary care services to diverse patient populations, including Spanish-speaking communities. She has additional experience in specialized wound care, hyperbaric medicine, home visits for homebound patients, and innovative research-based treatments such as EBOO, PRP-Trudose, and ozone therapies.
Known for her collaborative approach, leadership in clinical settings, and dedication to holistic patient care, Mireya is committed to improving health outcomes while building meaningful relationships with her patients and their families.
